Trump campaign officials said on Thursday that the Philadelphia sheriff is refusing to enforce a judge’s order that compels election officials to allow Republican observers adequate access to monitor the ballot count.

Earlier on Thursday, Commonwealth Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon, a Democrat, ordered that effective immediately “all candidates, watchers, or candidate representatives be permitted to be present for the canvassing process … and be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet.”

Trump campaign associate Pam Bondi told reporters outside the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Thursday afternoon that the election officials inside have moved the barricade within 6 feet of the counting area but defied the court order by moving all of the counting machines to the back of the building where they cannot be seen.

“They are still not in compliance,” Bondi said. “It’s unbelievable what they are trying to do to our votes that have been legally cast.”

“They will not let us see anything,” Bondi added. “Now, we’re going to take further remedy to fix this.”

“They are defying a court order by a judge and this is not the last of this.”

The Diocese of Brooklyn and Agudath Israel of America have filed lawsuits against Governor

Cuomo’s arbitrary and capricious COVID restrictions on religious assembly.

According to New York’s WABC-TV, The Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn on Thursday, filed a lawsuit in federal court against the state of New York, on the basis of violating their First Amendment right, the free exercise of religion. The lawsuit is in response to the New York State executive order issued this week that reduces capacity at Catholic Churches throughout Brooklyn and Queens.

“The executive orders this week have left us with no other option than to go to court. Our churches have the capacity to accommodate many worshippers and to reset our attendance capacity to 10 people maximum in the red zone, and 25 people in the orange zone, when we have had no significant cases, impedes our right to worship and cannot stand,” Bishop of Brooklyn Nicholas DiMarzio said. “The State has completely disregarded the fact that our safety protocols have worked and it is an insult to once again penalize all those who have made the safe return to Church work.”

The New York Times published a long piece a few days ago attempting to convince America that Trump failed to act on information presented to him and by his delays caused the death of thousands of Americans to the coronavirus.  Ironically, the New York Times itself belittled the idea that the Wuhan virus might be as dangerous as or more dangerous than the seasonal flus that kill tens of thousands of Americans every year,  and spent far more ink attacking the president for over-reacting by banning air travel to China than criticizing him for not taking the threat seriously.
This is a very interesting video for those who wish to place all the blame on President Trump for New York’s coronavirus problems.  Listen and watch them in their own wordsbelittling the danger.  With an election looming in November, the entire left machinery will be focused on the blame game against the President.  New York Democrats caused their own problem.

The Truth About the Pandemic

So. How to apply pressure.
One of the most potent ways to apply pressure is to force the usual suspect media outlets to bend to applying the heat via inquisition. The way to pressure the media is by applying pressure to their commercial sponsors. If enough people tell “Companies A, B & C” that there will be a boycott of their goods until the news programs they buy ad time from ask specific questions, the power of money will force the media to cover the issue. If that fails, we must pressure friends and relatives not to watch the networks or buy the newspapers.

The same heat can be applied to the courtesans of Hollywood. Stop buying their CDs and MP3s, stop renting their movies, stop watching their shows, and start writing their sponsors, labels, and networks.

Unless every responsible American – people who are tired of the double-standards and two-tiered society that currently exists – presses this issue we will be condemned to a permanent “two-sets-of-rules” society.

We are alarmingly close to lighting the fuse that will facilitate the second great domestic conflict for our nation. If we don’t take the time to at least try to avoid it, that conflict will most assuredly arrive at our doors.
